Eddie Redmayne May Join Wachowskis’ Sci-Fi Pic ‘Jupiter Ascending’

After holding his own against Michelle Williams in My Week With Marilyn last year, young actor Eddie Redmayne has become a star on the rise. He’s appearing in Tom Hooper’s musical adaptation of Les Miserables (recently nominated for a SAG award for Best Ensemble Cast), was in talks for the role of Harry Osborn in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (which eventually went to Dane DeHaan), and was even testing for a lead role in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. Even if that doesn’t work out, it still looks like Redmayne is headed to the stars, as Variety reports he’s going to join the Wachowskis’ sci-fi epic, Jupiter Ascending.
