‘Hugo’ Writer John Logan to Script ‘Jersey Boys’ Musical Adaptation

Over a year ago we learned that Graham King’s GK Films won a bidding war for the feature film rights to Jersey Boys, the Tony Award winning Broadway musical based on the lives of one of the most successful 1960’s pop groups, Frankie Valli the Four Seasons. Now GK Films (via ComingSoon) has just announced that Oscar nominated writer John Logan, who most recently penned Hugo for Martin Scorsese, will script the musical adaptation which tells the story of how a group of blue-collar boys from the wrong side of the tracks would go on to become one of the biggest American pop music sensations of all time.
