Indie Trailer Sunday: South Korean Diamond Heist Film ‘The Thieves’

Every thief for himself. Today’s trailer comes from South Korea, a heist film called The Thieves, basically South Korea’s version of Ocean’s Eleven, with some fun little modern character twists. This one is set mostly in Macau, another casino city, and involves one big diamond and a gang of 10 thieves, played by the likes of Yun-seok Kim, Hye-soo Kim, Hye-su Kim, Gianna Jun, Jung-jae Lee, Simon Yam, Hae-sook Kim, Dal-soo Oh, Kwok Cheung Tsang and Soo Hyun Kim. This looks kind of fun, and interesting, but not necessarily to the levels of Ocean’s Eleven. Nonetheless, it’s still worth watching today – take a look!
