Must Watch: First Thrilling Trailer for Steven Soderbergh’s ‘Side Effects’

“Destroy them, before it destroys you.” The first trailer for Side Effects is here, and it definitely feels like a Steven Soderbergh movie. Take a bit of Contagion and shake it up with Traffic, and that’s basically what we get from this new drama featuring an all-star cast that includes Rooney Mara (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) and Soderbergh’s Magic Mike star Channing Tatum. It looks like quite a provocative thriller that has both a message about the pharmaceutical industry and a compelling and thrilling story, certainly more grounded than Limiteless.
