Rodriguez and Miller Officially Announce ‘Sin City: A Dame to Kill For’

It’s been years of hype, but today, it doesn’t get anymore official than a press release from Robert Rodriguez and Frank Miller announcing the commencement of production on Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, the sequel to the 2005 graphic novel adaptation. Plot details are being kept under wraps, but the second volume of the graphic novel follows Dwight (Clive Owen) stuck with only a seedy gumshoe job and some demons, thinking of all the ways he’s screwed up and looking for one chance to wipe the slate clean and dig his way out of the numb gray hell that is his life. But there’s likely more coming for the film sequel. Most of the original cast is expected to return, and casting for new roles will begin next week.
