Spectacularly Eerie International Trailer for Park Chan-wook’s ‘Stoker’

The first trailer for Park Chan-wook’s English film debut Stoker kind of blew us away. With flares of Shadow of a Doubt, the film felt creepy, ominous and truly original. Nicole Kidman puts on her best unstable mother face, Matthew Goode plays a deceptively kind uncle, and Mia Wasikowska is the stoic, quiet teenager. Now an international trailer has surfaced and sheds a bit more light on this psychological family drama. Interestingly enough, actor turned writer Wentworth Miller says the film is kind of a vampire movie that isn’t really a vampire movie. We’re not sure what that means, but this film looks spectacular.
