Stars Celebrate Halloween in Costume!

Halloween isn’t officially until Wednesday, but stars started celebrating early with parties over the weekend. Lauren Conrad dressed up as Mary Poppins with her boyfriend, William Tell, while Darren Criss went as a Boy Scout. Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough were spot-on as Bonnie and Clyde, and Kim Kardashian took a cue from Splash for her costume.
