“The great wizard from Kansas… I’ve waited for you to come… set things right.” Disney has unveiled their dazzling, colorful, fanciful new full-length theatrical trailer for Sam Raimi’s Oz The Great and Powerful, his “prequel” adventure taking the original Wizard of Oz to Oz to tell his origin story. James Franco stars as the “wizard from Kansas” known as Oz, along with Mila Kunis as Theodora, Rachel Weisz as Evanora and Michelle Williams as Glinda. This looks more magical and explosively whimsical than Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland or even the original Wizard of Oz, but possibly a fun adventure as well. Check this out!
