DGA Awards 2012 Nominations for Affleck, Bigelow, Hooper & Lee
As we continue into the awards season in early 2013, more guilds are announcing their nominees/awards for 2012. Next up is the Directors Guild of America, one of the heavy weights and usually strong indicators of what’s to come at the Oscars. The DGA announced nominees for the Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Feature Film 2012, and it’s directors that I would say we pretty much expected. This guild chooses five nominees every year in the feature category (documentary comes a bit later). The winner will be named at the 65th Annual DGA Awards Dinner on February 2nd, 2013 in just a few weeks. Read on for the full list.
