FilmDistrict Re-Releasing ‘Drive’ with Albert Brooks Q&A at Arclight

“I think this is gone on long enough.” Now it’s FilmDistrict’s turn to put their big Oscar potential in the spotlight. Although Nicolas Winding Refn’s Drive is my favorite film of 2011, the one actor who has the best chance at getting an Oscar nom is Albert Brooks, who stars as mobster Bernie Rose. He was already nominated for a Golden Globe, but they want to go all the way. So FilmDistrict is “re-releasing” Drive back into the Arclight Hollywood theater for a brief one-week engagement, beginning this Friday, January 6th.
