Interview: ‘Jeff Who Lives at Home’ Co-Directors Jay & Mark Duplass

Two of my favorite filmmakers around, brothers Jay Duplass and Mark Duplass, who have evolved from a mumblecore bunch into full-fledged directors making multiple comedies every year. Paramount Vantage is releasing Jeff Who Lives at Home, starring Jason Segel and Ed Helms, in theaters this weekend (they also have another film called The Do-Deca-Pentathlon which premiered at SXSW, plus Mark acts too). I first met these guys years ago at Sundance, after gushing over Baghead, but stopped in this time to talk about this 2012 “stoner comedy”, and how they were able to make such a brilliantly funny movie with a great cast.
