Jamie Foxx Talks About Playing Electro in ‘The Amazing Spider-Man 2’

Even though it hasn’t officially been announced that Jamie Foxx is playing the villain Electro in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, the way the actor is talking seems to indicate that very fact. Entertainment Tonight recently had a chance to speak with Foxx to try and confirm his casting. Foxx didn’t come right out and say that he was playing the villain who is actually one of the Sinister Six (which also includes Doctor Octopus, Kraven the Hunter, Mysterio, Sandman and Vulture), but he said, “Electro is a great character. I met with the director, Mark Webb, I met with Andrew Garfield, and we talked.” What else was talked about?
