Paramount Releasing Cameron-Produced 3D Cirque du Soleil Movie

It looks like Paramount caught the Cameron bug. They got a taste of the buzz he brings with Titanic in 3D and now they want more. A press release today announces that Paramount will be the worldwide distributor of a Cirque du Soleil 3D feature film entitled Cirque du Soleil Worlds Away, written & directed by Andrew Adamson (Shrek, Shrek 2, Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Prince Caspian) and executive produced by James Cameron, with 3D mastermind Vince Pace himself overseeing the “stereo production aspect.” Which means this is going to look amazing in 3D, that’s the big selling point.
