‘Safe House’ Director Daniel Espinosa Will Next Helm ‘The Outsider’

Safe House was the first American feature from Swedish director Daniel Espinosa. A lot of people thought that movie was a lesser version of a Bourne film, but I thought Espinosa directed a smart, adult action film with some cool stylistic choices. (Jeremy also liked it, and you can read his review here.) Because of Safe House’s box office success, the director is a hot commodity right now, and it looks like he’s found his follow-up project.
