Watch: One-Minute ‘Broken City’ Trailer Pits Wahlberg Against Crowe

“Your husband set me up, and I’m gonna destroy him for it.” It looks like there’s going to be double-crossing abound in January when Broken City hits theaters. Russell Crowe wants someone to spy on his wife (Catherine Zeta-Jones), and even though it looks like Mark Wahlberg does a good job, there’s something bigger at play here. There’s a lot of intimidation and threats in this short, new trailer, and I’m hoping this thriller is a breath of fresh air in an otherwise dead time for good movies in theaters. Of course, the film being released in January is worrisome, but hopefully director Allen Hughes can make it good.
