Worth Watching: Indie Horror Triptych ‘Sanitarium’ Red Band Trailer

“Insanity – it’s a disease that spreads through the mind.” Our friends at The Playlist have debuted a brand new red band festival trailer for an indie horror triptych film called Sanitarium, which is premiering at the Miami Film Festival next month. The trailer is based around Malcolm McDowell playing the head doctor of a sanitarium. There seem to be three distinct stories about patients inside who all are rather crazy, one with dolls (and dreadlocks), another with a creepy dark friend. The cast includes Lou Diamond Phillips, Robert Englund, John Glover, Lacey Chabert and plenty others. This actually looks surprisingly good.
