Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky Welcome a Girl

Chris Hemsworth is a dad! He and wife Elsa Pataky welcomed a daughter today in London. The baby’s arrival drew Chris away from his press duties on behalf of Snow White and the Huntsman. He’s spent the last few days in the UK chatting up the film alongside his costars Kristen Stewart, Charlize Theron, and Sam Claflin. Chris and Elsa named their daughter India. They said in a statement, “We love the country and love the name.” It’s a big weekend for Chris for another reason as well. His The Avengers is likely to be at the top of the box office for the second weekend in a row.
