DGA Awards 2011 Nominees Include Fincher, Hazanavicius, Scorsese

As we continue into the awards season in early 2012, more guilds are announcing their nominees/awards for 2011. We’ve already seen the Screen Actors Guild nominees and the Writers Guild nominees, so next up is the Directors Guild of America. The DGA has announced their nominees for the Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Feature Film 2011. This guild chooses five nominees every year in the feature category (documentary comes a bit later) which means it’s a very short list. The winner will be named at the 64th Annual DGA Awards Dinner on Saturday, January 28th, 2012 in just a few weeks. Read on for the full list.
