Katie Holmes Gets a Sweet Treat With Suri in the Big Apple

Katie Holmes held Suri Cruise’s hand as they headed into an ice cream shop in NYC this evening. It was Katie’s second public outing since filing for divorce from Tom Cruise last week. Katie wasn’t wearing her wedding ring when she stepped out for the first time yesterday to participate in a taping of Project Runway All Stars at Parsons The New School For Design, though she did have a smile on her face. It seems Katie and Suri are staying put in the Big Apple despite previous plans to celebrate Tom’s 50th birthday in Iceland, where he’s been filming Oblivion.
