Miley Cyrus Goes Pantless in a White Hot Blazer at Billboard Awards

Miley Cyrus hit the white carpet at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas this evening. She wore a sexy white Jean Paul Gaultier blazer with gold jewelry for the event at the MGM Grand Hotel. Miley’s been keeping her look a little more casual lately and has been busy with her Winsor Pilates routine and her new puppy, Happy.
