The release of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey is just over a week away, and audiences just can’t wait. Yesterday, our own Alex Billington gave us some insight into the film and the future of the new HFR technology with the film shot at a higher frame rate of 48 frames per second, double the standard 24 frames per second that has been in place for decades. Either way, this fantasy will be something to behold in theaters no matter what format you decide to see, and a new featuerette from overseas (via Movies.com) proves just that.
