Nicole Richie Celebrates Her Birthday With a New Piercing

Nicole Richie celebrated her 31st birthday yesterday at Katsuya in LA. She and five friends met up for lunch then moved the soiree to a tattoo parlor where they all got matching piercings. Nicole posted a photo to her Instagram account of what appears to be all six women getting their ears pierced. The birthday girl got a second wind later in the evening and joined friends for an intimate dinner party. She stepped out in a chic bohemian ensemble on her special day and was gifted with a Mrs. Fields cookie cake from best friend Kelly Sawyer. Nicole and Kelly seem to share a tight bond and similar fashion sense as they were both wearing matching studded boots by Chloé earlier in the day. View Slideshow ›
