‘Oz: The Great and Powerful’ Bookended by Black and White Scenes

While the cast of The Dark Knight Rises is filled with all-star talent like Tom Hardy, Christian Bale, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and more, there are some smaller players, both literally and figuratively, that also matter in the scheme of things. Young actress Joey King (Crazy Stupid Love) is one of those talents, and she also has a role in another high profile film, Sam Raimi’s Oz: The Great and Powerful. Obviously King wouldn’t be able to talk much about The Dark Knight Rises, but she did open up to TeenSpot (via Comic Book Movie) and dished on an interesting detail of the Wizard of Oz prequel that calls back to the original 1939 classic.
