Tom Clinches a Spot in the Post-Season and Celebrates With Gisele and Benjamin

Tom Brady joined his son, Benjamin, and wife Gisele Bundchen on a visit to their favorite Boston park yesterday. The all-star quarterback finished out his regular season play on Sunday with a Patriots 49-21 win over the Buffalo Bills. The victory gave Tom’s team the top spot in the AFC and home-field advantage in the upcoming playoffs. Tom has a week off before taking the field against once again in post-season play. Meanwhile, Gisele has high hopes for 2012. The supermodel left Facebook message on New Year’s Eve saying, “I hope we can each make changes that will enhance and bring peace to the world. We have the power to shape our reality and lead by example. I wish you all a 2012 filled with love and light.” Things are already looking up for the bi-coastal family as Tom and Gisele’s multi-million dollar LA mansion is nearly complete. View Slideshow ›
